    • How are passwords stored and visible to the administrator – encoded or not encoded?
    • The administrator cannot see user passwords. They can only restore user accounts if the user forgets their password. Passwords are stored encrypted in the Gyrolab database.

    • Can numbers and special characters be used when creating a password?
    • The password must have a length of 8–12 characters, and include two letters (upper or lower case) and two numbers.

    • Is every user ID unique and only assignable once?
    • Yes.

    • Is there a document stating the meaning of the different user privileges (User levels in the administration tool)?
    • Yes, please see Gyrolab User Guide Section F2.2.6.1

    • Can the user rights be edited and adapted to our needs?
    • No.

    • Can one user have different roles (i.e. project manager and operator)? If so, is one license being used or are the roles bound to the licenses?
    • One license is bound to one user and their role. If a user wants two roles they will need two users and licenses.
