Gyrolab Control
The entire assay workflow is controlled through Gyrolab Control software. Template methods ensure that each assay runs automatically under optimal conditions. An intuitive interface facilitates assay development.
Results can be generated within one hour from a single CD or the system can be left unattended to run multiple CDs for up to 5 hours.
New in Gyrolab 5.2 – released April 2010
Enables standard curve and QCs on all CDs in a multi CD run, to fulfill regulatory requirements |
Enables instrument performance test using the Gyrolab Functionality Check Kit |
Enables addition of the Gyrolab LIMS Interface module |

Gyrolab Evaluator
The Gyrolab Evaluator module provides an easy-to-use interface that guides the user through data analysis including quantification of response values calculated from integrated fluorescence intensities.
The analysis process can be customized from a selection of regression models and curve weight options. Statistics for standards, QCs and samples are calculated automatically. Results can also be exported to other software such as a LIMS system.
New in Gyrolab Evaluator 3.1 – released April 2010

Gyrolab Viewer
See what’s going on during assay development or QC
Gyrolab Viewer is a unique visualization tool that provides a graphical representation of the binding response within an individual microstructure.
Use to facilitate selection of binding reagents during assay development |
Investigate outliers |
Export data to alternative evaluation software |
Analyte binding profile in affinity capture column: profile of total fluorescence = total amount of protein bound to column
Gyrolab Viewer integrates and displays total fluorescence within every microstructure of a Bioaffy CD within 1.5 minutes.
Updates for Gyrolab workstations
Users of Gyrolab workstations should contact their local representative to discuss updating their workstations to the latest versions of Gyrolab Control, Gyrolab Evaluator and Gyrolab Viewer software.
NOTE: Gyrolab Control 5.2 or higher must be installed in order to test instrument performance using the Gyrolab Functionality Check Kit or to work with a Gyrolab LIMS interface.
