The use of optimized buffers and assay protocols enhances system performance |
Rexxip buffers are optimized for all types of applications on Bioaffy CDs. Samples (analytes and references) must always be diluted with Rexxip buffers for best assay performance. The dilution factor needs to be optimized for each assay. Dilution should be made so that buffer characteristics are as similar as possible for all samples. Rexxip A-max complement Rexxip A, such that the “max”-buffer enable less dilution of the sample while maintaining essentially the same buffer characteristics as for those samples that are diluted by a larger factor in Rexxip A. The same applies for Rexxip H-max and Rexxip H.
