Lars Eric Utterman, Chairman
Lars Eric Utterman, executive consultant with interim management assignments and board memberships in the life science industry. During 2008 he was engaged by Gyros and during 2009 by IonGate Biosciences GmbH as CEO.
He has held a number of executive positions at international level for more than 30 years with GE Healthcare, Amersham, Pharmacia and Boehringer Mannheim (now Roche Diagnostics).
Mr Utterman is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doxa AB. He holds a MSc in chemical technology from the Royal Institute of Technology and a BA in business administration from Stockholm University.
Hans Andreasson
Investment Director SLS Invest
Mr Andreasson has 25 years of international experience in the life science industry. He has held various senior executive positions with Pharmacia, Pharmacia & Upjohn and Arthur D Little. He is a co-founder of the venture capital fund Innoventus which subsequently became part of SLS Invest. He is currently Vice Chairman of Oncolog Medical AB and a director of Action Pharma A/S, AdvanDx Inc, Medical Vision AB and Phasein AB.
Mr Andreasson holds an M Sc in chemical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
Martin Olin
Senior Investment Director, SLS Invest
Martin Olin Andersen is Senior Partner of Scandinavian Life Science Ventures (SLSV). Previous positions include Finance Director at Novo Nordisk A/S, Manager in Corporate Finance at Novo Nordisk, and Senior Accountant Management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Olin Andersen holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Auditing and an Executive MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute.
At SLSV, Mr. Olin Andersen has lead several of its investments and he serves on the board of Light Sciences Oncology Inc., Metacure Inc., NsGene A/S, Chempilots A/S and Precisense A/S.
Jack Johansen
Jack Johansen is an executive consultant to various life science/venture capital companies, including Novo A/S. From 1995-2001, he was a founding CEO of two life science diagnostic companies, Boston Biosystems, Inc. and Boston Probes, Inc., both of which were sold. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President of science and technology at Millipore Corporation and President of Millicorp, which is Millipore's venture fund.
Dr. Johansen is Chairman of the Board of Directors of AdvanDx Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Symphogen A/S and 7TM A/S.
Jörgen Lönngren
Dr. Jörgen Lönngren serves as a consultant to Life Science companies.
Between 2000 and 2010 he was an Investment Director at Industrifonden, a major Swedish investor in Life Science companies.
Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Professional Genetics Laboratory AB – a service laboratory
for the global Pharma industry.
During 1982 to 1993 he served in various senior management positions incl. Head of R&D in Pharmacia Biotech AB (now GE Health Care Life Science) – a leading supplier of biotechnology tools.
Dr. Lönngren also serves on the Boards several early Life Science companies. He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from Stockholm University.
